Title: Lighting foreman (f/m/d) for event technology Specializing in stage and studio lighting Pay scale: TV-L (E9a) Full-time position with 38.5 hours/week. Field of work: The area of responsibility includes, among other things, the organizational and technical preparation work for the lighting equipment as well as the responsible use during rehearsals and performances in consultation with the lighting department management of the Volksbühne. It also includes the independent development of lighting concepts and lighting plans for new productions of the theatre in consultation with the directing team and the department management. In addition, the department-specific field of work also extends to other organizational and technical tasks within the play and rehearsal operation of a theater, e.g. duty planning and scheduling.E.g. service planning and accounting, materials management, monitoring the technical condition and maintenance and care of the technical lighting systems, in each case taking into account the relevant safety and occupational health and safety requirements. The planning, instruction and supervision of the production of piece-related electrical switching and special installations for decoration construction, including the necessary material organization, is also part of the areas of responsibility, as is the technical instruction of the employees in the lighting department. We are looking to fill the position of a Lighting technician or event technician (m/f/d) in our lighting department part-time (29.25 hours per week) or full-time as soon as possible. The position is initially limited to 1 year. The Deutsches Theater Göttingen is a theater that stages around 20 new productions per season with an ensemble of 26 actors in three venues. It offers a diverse repertoire of classical, modern and musical plays as well as children's and youth theater on three stages.
