We are a merged multi-genre theater with two locations in Plauen and Zwickau.
We are looking for a full-time, permanent employee for the lighting department (m/f/d) for the Plauen location as of 01.09.2026. However, an assignment in Zwickau is also possible.

Role / Requirements profile
We expect you to have completed training as an event technician, electrician, mechatronics technician or in a related profession.
Retraining as an event technology specialist based on a skilled trade is possible. We are working together towards further qualifications in the field of event technology.
In the field of lighting, you will work on setting up and dismantling technical equipment during rehearsals and performances in all our venues and at guest performances.
In the future, another task will be to accompany the performances and rehearsals in our production facilities as a lighting technician. You will work with ETC lighting consoles from the Eos Family series. You will be responsible for the technical operation, maintenance and servicing of the lighting equipment.
We expect in particular the ability to work in a team and a high degree of flexibility with regard to working hours (irregular late-night, night, weekend and public holiday shifts) and short-term substitution assignments. Knowledge of the Eos Family series in the field of network technology and modern headlights as well as a class B driver's license are an advantage.
