The Bavarian State Opera is looking for a full-time
Lighting Supervisor (m/f/d) as soon as possible

This is a permanent employment contract (after passing the probationary period)
Your tasks:
Professional management, supervision and implementation of lighting tasks during rehearsals, performances and events
Planning, setting up and supervision of lighting installations and conversions
Operation, programming and maintenance of lighting consoles, Spotlights and intelligent lighting systems
Ensuring safety-related processes in accordance with DGUV regulations and internal standards
Coordinating and instructing the lighting team as well as collaborating and supporting other trades
Preparing and technically implementing artistic concepts in close coordination with the director, Stage and lighting design
Organization of maintenance, inspection and servicing work
Activity at changing venues and guest performances

Role / Requirements profile
What we are looking for:
Qualification as a certified master craftsman for event technology, specializing in lighting, or a comparable qualification
In-depth knowledge of theater and event lighting
Experience in working with modern lighting console systems (e.g. grandMA, EOS, Hog, etc.)
Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. B. grandMA, EOS, Hog or similar)
Capable of working in a team, able to work under pressure and with a sense of responsibility
Ready to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays
Structured way of working and highly solution-oriented
