We are looking for Artistic Director (m/f/d) 70% The Augenauf association brings professional theater to children and young people in Winterthur. We bring selected productions including an educational program to schools and cultural institutions and enable cultural participation for young people - low-threshold, high quality and with great passion. Our three areas: Theaterfrühling: theater performances for kindergarten and primary school augenauf! the festival: theater performances for audiences aged 13+ Performance programme: selected theater offerings for children aged 4 to 12 and 13 to 15 Your tasks In this central function, you will manage the administration of the association in close cooperation with the administrative management and the board and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
