Your Job
The stage is yours! As part of the entertainment team, you’ll deliver top-notch entertainment and create unforgettable, spine-tingling moments:
Implementation and quality control of shows at the venue you’ll be managing
Organizing and directing the flow of various formats (including show-caller duties where possible)
Managing evening performances and rehearsals, coordinating technical & musical requirements, as well as overseeing choreography, acrobatics, and costumes
Supervising and guiding the artists, technicians, and costume assistants involved during show operations
Stage management
Artistic development and implementation of additional formats
Responsibility for cleanliness and order in the venue and its backstage area
Administrative tasks and reporting
Close collaboration within the entertainment management and supervisor team

Role / Requirements profile
Your Background & Your Talents
What You Bring to the Table:
Training or degree in one of the following areas: Directing, dramaturgy, or cultural management
Experience in directing (or assistant directing), artist/company management, evening performance & rehearsal direction
A deep understanding of the interplay between structure and creativity
An understanding of how all disciplines work together in show production
Experience in planning and executing events and show formats
Experience in stage management is a plus
Experience in live TV is a plus
Good command of German and very good command of English (spoken and written)
Very good computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
