An employee for (m/f/d)
for the Artistic Operations Office

Your tasks:

  • As the organizational point of contact in day-to-day business, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating general office activities

  • You will work at the interface between the theater management and other areas for rehearsals and performances

  • You will create daily and weekly schedules (staff, room and schedule planning)

  • You will organize the guest apartments, hotel accommodation and travel arrangements for guest artists:inside

Role / Requirements profile

What you bring:

  • Professional experience in the theater sector and enthusiasm for theater

  • IT competence in the area of common Office applications and Outlook Exchange. Ideally knowledge of Theasoft 

  • Very good written and spoken German language skills (C1), English min. B2

  • Independent and structured work as well as organizational talent 

  • Team skills and strong communication skills

  • Resilience, assertiveness, empathy

  • Willingness to work flexible and theatre-standard working hours, including weekends
