Event and Evening Performance Manager (m/f/d) for the “Theater in der Engelsburg”

The Theater in der Engelsburg in Frankfurt am Main is looking for a dedicated events and evening program manager for its diverse evening lineup.

Work location: Theater in der Engelsburg, Sindlinger Bahnstraße 124, 65931 Frankfurt am Main.

Compensation: Fee-based, at least 200 euros per event. That is, 1,000 to 2,000 euros net per month.

Your Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing event evenings

• Coordinating door operations, service, technical support, and performers

• Serving as the point of contact for the audience, the ensemble, and staff

• Ensuring that events run smoothly

• Responsibility for compliance with organizational and safety-related guidelines

What you should bring to the role:

• Experience in the event, cultural, or theater sector

• Organizational skills and the ability to work independently

• A friendly and confident demeanor

• Ability to handle stress and work well in a team

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
