Marketing and Sales / Visitor Communication (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• Visitor communication: main coordination for information and complaint management of all channels of the Bavarian State Opera

• Induction and management of supporting interns:interns

• Opera store and front of house: responsibility for the Bavarian State Opera's opera store (on site and online); responsibility for all temporary staff incl. concierge in the front of house. Concierge in the front of house; scheduling, accounting and contact person for a team of approx. 15 temporary staff

• Project management: organization of special events

• Distribution: support with measures to promote ticket sales; distribution of publications and advertising materials

• Content-related collaboration and support in the team: development of ideas and concepts, editorial collaboration on publications (print products, newsletters, etc.), preparation of evaluations and reports

Your requirements profile:

• Completed university degree in marketing or (cultural) management or communication sciences or comparable qualifications

• . (cultural) management or communication sciences, theater and media studies or comparable qualifications

• Passion for culture and theater, especially musical theater

• Team player, sociable and communicative

• German language skills at native speaker level, written and spoken; business fluent in English

• Good sense of language, empathy and the ability to formulate confidently and fluently

• Reliability

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously

• Willingness to work flexible hours and on weekends and public holidays
