Opera Frankfurt is looking for an Assistant to the Artistic Director (m/f/d) for the Choir (Choir Office)
Opera Frankfurt is a division of Städtische Bühnen Frankfurt am Main GmbH and is one of the most important opera houses in Europe, which has already been voted "Opera House of the Year" several times. As a repertoire theater with two venues (Opernhaus, Bockenheimer Depot), it has a daily changing range of productions.
Your tasks:
Organizational planning and arrangements for the disposition of the choir, Extra choir and choir guests with all other trades of the theater
Rehearsal and duty planning based on the framework conditions of the standard stage contract
On-call duties and replacement scheduling
Determination and billing of the special fees to be paid
Information and communication interface for all matters concerning the choir, including questions relating to the choir tariff. issues relating to the choir's collective agreement (NV Bühne, in-house collective agreement)
Publicizing vacancies in the choir and organizing auditions

Role / Requirements profile
What you bring with you:
Completed studies in cultural management, music (science) or comparable qualification
Ideally professional experience in the field of theater/cultural management
Knowledge of the NV stage
Very good PC skills (MS Office programs, ideally Theasoft)
Organizational talent, ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure and a pronounced artistic empathy
Willingness to work normal theater hours including evenings, Sundays and public holidays
