Orchestra Manager (m/f/d)
You will strengthen our team with the following tasks:
Supervising the orchestra during rehearsals and performances and ensuring that the orchestra runs smoothly
Setting up, Dismantling and transportation of the orchestral furniture and instruments
Orchestra conversion during concerts and performances (also in front of an audience)
Instrument transportation in the house and to orchestra guest performances
Ensuring the proper condition of the orchestra furniture (care, Maintenance and repair) and the proper storage of instruments
Supervision of the sheet music archive
Maintenance of attendance lists, audition supervision

Knowledge of instruments and music
A high degree of responsibility, flexibility and commitment
Willingness to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends and public holidays
An independent and proactive way of working
The ability to work in a team, physical resilience (weights up to approx. 50 kg), technical understanding and manual skills
IT skills in common Office applications
Driver's license class B, driver's license class C1 is desirable
