Your Job
The Stage is yours! As part of the entertainment team, you’ll deliver top-notch entertainment and create unforgettable, spine-tingling moments:
- Operating stage machinery for movable LED walls, lifting platforms, fly systems, and point hoists (including passenger lifts)
- Setting up and taking down stage decorations, furniture, and props
- Assisting with set changes during shows
- Managing entrances and exits, coordinating backstage operations
- Visual inspection, preparation, and follow-up maintenance of acrobatic equipment and rigging, as well as securing performers in flying harnesses and setting up acrobatic equipment (trapeze, silks, rope, etc.)
- Compliance with stage-specific safety regulations
- Maintenance, care, and storage of stage equipment, machinery, and props
- Close collaboration with lighting and sound technicians

Role / Requirements profile
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- Completed training as a certified event technology technician or master craftsman
- Experience operating stage and automation consoles (passenger lifts, overhead, under-stage, and side machinery)
- Very good knowledge of theater and show production processes
- Strong safety awareness
- Experience in stage management is desirable
- Proof of certification in the use of lifting equipment is desirable
- Knowledge of the ARTTHEA control system is an advantage
- Very good English skills (spoken and written); German is an advantage
