Deputy Chorus Director (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• Independent conducting of choir hall rehearsals

• Accompaniment of choir hall rehearsals

• Own productions and rehearsals in consultation with the Choir director

• Stage work and conducting backstage

• Follow-up studies

The contractual relationship is initially limited to two years.

Your requirements profile:

• Experience in conducting an opera chorus

• Excellent pianistic skills and experience in repetition of an opera chorus

• Experience in stage duties and conducting backstage

• Extensive repertoire knowledge in the field of musical theatre

• Organizational skills, Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team

• Sensitivity to artistic processes, sensitivity and aplomb in dealing with guest conductors

• Confident communication in German and English

• Willingness to work flexible hours seven days a week
