Actresses (w/d) as "padel players" for a Pattex commercial

For a commercial shoot for our client HENKEL, we’re looking for enthusiastic female padel players who are up for an exciting match and eager to prove themselves in front of the camera. 

The commercial: Game On. In doubles, you win or lose together. Your partner stands in front of you at the net. The tension rises; you return the ball and catch it just in time. As you do, your racket hits the sideboard. A piece of the edge protector comes loose from the side of the frame and hangs down. You push it down; it pops back up. Cut. A hand enters the frame holding a tube of glue: no words, no glance. A drop of glue, a moment’s pause, then she holds the spot in place while an entire match waits to resume. Then she lets go—no further test—and swings. Contact. The ball comes back fast and flies against the wall. The repaired racket returns to the frame to receive the ball. She hits it without looking. It lands in the opponent’s court, smashing against the glass pane. Point. Game. Set. Match!

Fee: flat rate of €1,000 for supporting actress; flat rate of €1,500 for leading actress

Role 1: Padel player (lead actress)

• Age of character: approx. 25–30 years old (young adults)

• Type / Profile: Sporty, athletic, focused, authentic. She stands on the padel court at match point, displaying friendly competitiveness yet still determined to win the game. 

• Special Skills: Required: good ball control and athletic dynamism in padel/tennis, as well as a passion for embodying the role (expressive facial expressions, maintaining athletic tension, and displaying natural emotions during play).

Role 2: Girlfriend (supporting actress, co-star) 

• Age of character: approx. 25–30 years old (young adults)

• Type / Profile: Sporty, athletic, focused, authentic. She’s on the padel court at match point, displaying friendly competitiveness but still determined to win the game. 

• Special Skills: Required: good ball control and athletic dynamism in padel/tennis, as well as enjoyment of getting into character (expressive facial expressions, maintaining athletic tension, natural emotions during the game).

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE AUDITION VIDEO (E-CASTING)

Please create a short audition video (max. 1–2 min) in landscape format (good lighting, clear audio):

1. Introduction: Name, age, height, place of residence, athletic background (especially racket sports / tennis / padel), and confirmation of availability (October 9 & 10).

2. Camera check: Profile shots (front/left/right) and a brief display of both hands.

3. Short acting scene (spontaneous / improv):

   • For the female player: Focus on the task at hand. Hold your padel racket by the top edge/frame, fix your gaze on your opponent with full concentration, then slowly and hesitantly release your fingers one by one until your expression suddenly shifts to one of determination.&

   • Game Scenes: Please also feel free to send videos from practice or a game.
