Your Mission with Us

As a Video/Photo Producer, you’ll take on responsibility from day one and actively help shape our visual identity. You’ll be primarily responsible for producing videos for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), ads, and website—experience with photo shoots is a valuable plus. You’ll develop creative concepts, plan shoots, handle camera work, and be responsible for editing and color grading. Throughout this process, you’ll always keep performance in mind: Your content isn’t just aesthetically pleasing—it’s specifically optimized for conversion and brand building. Experience in podcast production is another plus.

Your Experience & Skills

We're looking for a creative person who proactively contributes ideas. You have experience in video production, are confident using professional camera and lighting equipment, and are proficient in editing and color grading software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut. You have a good sense of storytelling, rhythm, and aesthetics. Experience in performance marketing, social media, and e-commerce is strongly preferred. An interest in health, nutrition, and lifestyle, as well as fluency in German and a good command of English, round out your profile.
