Stagehands / Set-up Assistants

Pura Vida Theater und Musical GmbH is looking for dedicated and reliable 
employees for the technical aspects of our Europe-wide 
touring production “The Night of the Musicals.” 

Tour dates: Late December 2026 through late March 2027 
The tour will take us to various venues throughout Europe.&

Your Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading tour equipment 

• Setting up and taking down stage and production equipment 

• Transporting equipment to the respective venues 

• Driving a truck as part of the tour (Class C driver’s license required) 

• Assisting the technical team with daily operations

What You Bring to the Table 

• Technical knowledge and, ideally, experience in the events or touring industry 

• Reliability, the ability to work well in a team, and the ability to handle pressure 

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays 

• Enjoyment of traveling and working at different venues 

• Good command of German and English; additional language skills are a plus 

• Class C driver’s license
