Event Technology Specialist (m/f/d) for the “Schlosstheater Celle”

The Schlosstheater Celle is currently seeking a part-time Event Technician (m/f/d) to join a creative and dedicated team of approximately 130 colleagues.

Our venues—the historic Schlosstheater, the studio stages, and HALLE 19—offer varied challenges and exciting projects. With approximately 25 theatrical productions per season, our program features shows for all age groups. In addition, there is the program of the JUNGES SCHLOSSTHEATER, which also includes collaborations with schools and club activities.

Your responsibilities will include

• Setting up and managing sound and lighting for performances and rehearsals

• Working independently & collaborating across departments

• Supporting the artistic teams in creating lighting and sound designs

• Managing equipment and materials for the various ongoing productions

• Maintenance and repair of sound and lighting systems and equipment

The employment relationship and compensation are governed by the provisions of the NV Bühne Technik collective bargaining agreement.

Requirements

• A degree as an Event Technology Specialist

• Enthusiasm and a strong interest in theater work (acting) and collaborating with different production teams

• A goal- and solution-oriented approach to work, a responsible and decisive personality, and a dedicated work ethic

• Respectful manners toward coworkers, guests, and the audience
