Your tasks:

• Working in the extras department of a two-part theater (opera and drama)

• Organizing the presence of extras, animals and small actors during rehearsals and performances 

• Supervision and casting of extras, child extras, animals and small actors as well as the children's choir during rehearsals and performances

• Communication with the production teams, departments, parents and 

• Authorities

• Organization of castings and selection of new extras

• Maintenance of existing and new contact details

• Drafting of contracts, including obtaining any necessary approvals

• Preparation of billing and accounting of assignments

This employment relationship is based on the provisions of the standard stage contract (NV Bühne SR Solo) and is predominantly artistic.
