Job description

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• You will support the Performance Manager (PM) in leading and organizing the Performance Department.

• You will ensure the quality of the artistic aspects of our day-to-day operations at the venue by drawing on your operational and creative experience.

• This includes conducting auditions, onboarding and orienting new employees, providing their training and professional development, performing regular quality checks in coordination with the PM, and maintaining daily communication with the performers to resolve any issues that arise and address relevant concerns in the PM’s absence.

• You will create the work schedule for the team of up to 50 people while adhering to the specified budget.

• You ensure that brand guidelines are enforced and adhered to. Through regular quality control, you stay up to date and can proactively ensure high acting standards.

• You will participate in department meetings and briefings to share information and to develop and improve the product and the brand.

• In addition, you will actively collaborate with the marketing team and oversee the selection and briefing of performers for marketing and press events.

• You ensure an exceptional guest experience through continuous improvement of performance, customer service, atmosphere, and brand presentation.

• You perform duty shifts in your area and actively participate in the shows.
