Costume Character (m/f/d) for the “LEGOLAND® Deutschland Resort”

As a costume character at LEGOLAND® Deutschland Resort, you’ll step into the shoes of popular LEGO® characters and create unforgettable moments for children and families every day. With your charisma, acting talent, and body language, you’ll bring the characters to life and make every visit a special experience.

Whether at shows, parades, meet-and-greets, or seasonal events—you’ll delight our guests with authentic performances and help shape the unique atmosphere at LEGOLAND® Resort.

Your responsibilities:

• You’ll portray an assigned LEGO® character during shows, parades, and meet-and-greets.

• You’ll delight guests of all ages with expressive body language, gestures, and character-specific movements.

• You’ll participate in parades, special events, seasonal events, and promotional campaigns.

• You’ll ensure that your character is portrayed authentically and professionally at all times.

• You’ll work closely with the entertainment hosts and your performance team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

• You handle the costumes with care and comply with all safety, health, and operational guidelines.

• When needed, you assist with visitor guidance and managing lines.

• You regularly participate in rehearsals, training sessions, and pre-shift briefings.

• You represent LEGOLAND® at all times in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner.

What you bring to the table:

• Previous experience in dance, acting, theater, performance, or entertainment is a plus, but not required.

• A passion for telling stories through body language and movement.

• An open, energetic, and self-confident personality.

• Enjoy working with people and a strong sense of what constitutes excellent guest service.

• Ability to work well in a team, as well as a reliable and professional work ethic.

• Flexibility regarding work hours—including weekends, holidays, and during vacation periods.

Physical Requirements:

• You are able to wear a full-body costume for extended periods of time.

• You enjoy working outdoors and feel comfortable even in changing weather conditions.

• You enjoy being active, dancing, and performing all day long.

• Good physical fitness and stamina round out your profile.
