Authentic nurse / creator (f/d) for a UGC video of the job platform "Pflegia"

We are looking for REAL people from the care sector for an authentic UGC video for our job platform Pflegia.

In the video, you should tell from your own perspective how it feels to change jobs in the care sector and how easy and quick it can be via Pflegia.

It is particularly important to us that the video looks HONEST and REAL - not like advertising. It should feel like a conversation between colleagues.

Possible content in the video:

• Dissatisfaction in your current job (e.g. salary, working conditions)

• Wish for a change

• How easy it can be to switch to Pflegia

• Positive surprise about the process and opportunities

The video is recorded in selfie style or with a tripod (upper body visible), ideally in natural light and a quiet environment (e.g. at home or during breaks).

Duration: approx. 20-30 seconds

Please NO posed or exaggerated content - we are looking for real stories and real emotions.

The aim is to appeal to other nurses who are currently thinking about changing jobs.

We are deliberately not looking for classic models or influencers.

Please DON'T apply if you:

• look like you're from an advertisement

• are very slick or perform unnaturally

• are heavily scripted or fake

What we're looking for:

• genuine personalities with rough edges

• natural charisma and a credible manner

• people who can speak authentically in front of the camera

Ideally:

• experience in nursing (nurse, MFA, etc.).)

• or a realistic understanding of everyday care

Further requirements:

• good, understandable German

• quiet background & usable video quality

• no professional camera necessary (cell phone is sufficient)

Authenticity is more important to us than perfection.
