UGC Creator (m/f) as the Public Face of “ProviPanda”

ProviPanda is an HR tech startup based in Hamburg and the sales job app for the DACH region. We connect companies with vetted, commission-based remote sales reps: quickly, transparently, and without any red tape. Every sales rep on our platform undergoes a screening process beforehand, and companies often start talking to suitable candidates within just a few days.

We’re currently building our channels on Instagram and TikTok and are looking for a face that shows what great sales really looks like.

Who We’re Looking For
A Sales Representative’s Face: You understand sales—ideally because you’ve worked as a closer, setter, or in sales yourself. You can credibly explain how top salespeople think, what they look for in companies, and what makes a good sales call. No hype and no lifestyle content—just genuine insights with personality.

Your Responsibilities

• Short vertical videos (30–60 seconds) for Instagram Reels and TikTok

• Formats such as “A Day in the Life of a Remote Closer,” “What Turns Top Closers Off About Companies,” “Objection of the Week,” or listicles and vs. videos related to sales

• Production according to our briefing (hook, core message, CTA), feel free to include your own ideas

• Filming with good audio, lighting, and on-screen captions (editing as agreed)

What you bring to the table

• Experience as a UGC creator or in front of the camera (please include sample videos)

• Sales experience or a very good understanding of sales

• A natural, personable demeanor and clear speech in German

• Reliability in meeting deadlines

Process & Scope

• Trial period: 5 videos so we can see if it’s a good fit for both sides

• Afterward, we’d like a long-term collaboration with 2 videos per week (approx. 10 videos per month)

• Usage rights: Trial package with 5 videos. This includes usage rights with no time or geographic restrictions for all ProviPanda channels, including paid advertisements and editing. Following that, a long-term collaboration with approximately 10 videos per month at a fixed monthly budget with the same usage rights.

• 100% remote, start ASAP
