Production & direction assistants (m/f/d) for landscape projects of "Wet Land"

The district of Cuxhaven and the railroad theater Das Letzte Kleinod will be implementing participatory cultural projects in the landscape between the Elbe and Weser rivers over the next five years. For the individual projects of "Nasses Land", we are looking for assistant directors and production assistants who have experience in theater work and socioculture. The main areas of responsibility are coordination and communication between the artistic director, the ensemble, the lighting technicians, the musical director and the local cooperation partners.

The participants will be provided with a single cabin in the ocean-blue train of the railroad theater Das Letzte Kleinod. Central catering is offered in the dining car (vegan/vegetarian options available). A pool of e-cars, bicycles and a cargo bike is available, a driver's license would be an advantage. The project languages are German and English.

The first project will run from September 15 to October 26, 2025, with further projects to follow in the coming years.
