Actors (f/m/d) for a diversity campaign

We are giving diversity the stage and, as part of an RTL campaign, we are looking for actors and actresses who are able to dance in front of the camera on command and have fun. We need people who have fun together and simply have a good time. Authentic, natural, interesting, diverse and varied.

When: 1 fitting/enlightenment day (8 h) and 1 shooting day (10 h) in the week from 19-23.01.2026 (exact dates to follow)

where: studio in Monheim am Rhein (between Cologne & Düsseldorf)

fee: 300 € net (fitting day) + 500 € net (shooting day) | on account flat rate | participation in team catering | free parking | no assumption of travel expenses

costume: our stylist will call you and discuss which items you can bring with you and which we will add. We will mainly be shooting purple/pink clothing.

Casting process:

1. You apply.

2. If you are shortlisted, we will ask you to record a short cell phone video and send it to us.

3. After that we will make the final decision.
   

You should be able to move well and have dance experience to dance spontaneously to music in front of the camera individually or in pairs. Spoken text is not conceptually required.

In order to visually represent diversity, we want a colorful cast that brings the setting to life.

Here is a selection of what would be possible: 

• Northern European woman with white hair, 60+ years old, cool style á la Evelin Hall or Carmen Dell'Orefice

• Man of Asian origin with cool and urban style, no age limit (18+)

• Woman with Middle Eastern, West Asian, Arabic (Turkish, Arabic, Persian etc.) migration background 20-40 years old.) migration background 20-40 years old

• Male with androgynous look (male/female/non-binary), 25-45 years old

• Male Middle Eastern, Indian, West Asian, Arabic migration background 20-40 years old

• Woman, curvy/plus-size, 40+ Years old, "familiar look", could be anyone's neighbor
