Host / Photo Op (m/f/d) for a Gamescom Event in Cologne

For an exhibition booth at Gamescom in Cologne, we are looking for a Host / Photo Op Manager to assist with guest photo opportunities inside the booth area.

This role focuses on visitor interaction, managing the flow of photos, and ensuring the experience runs smoothly. The host will help visitors take photos with their own phones, assist in the photo area, politely guide guests, and ensure that the activity does not take too long or disrupt the flow.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, quick, and service-oriented, with a good eye for framing and the confidence to interact with people politely yet clearly. You should be comfortable approaching visitors, giving simple instructions, and keeping the atmosphere positive even during busy times.

Full availability from August 24 to 30 is required.

Rate: 15 € / hour - Final details depend on the assignment and schedule.

We are looking for a host with strong communication skills, practical thinking, and a confident yet friendly approach to guiding visitors. Experience in events, promotion, hospitality, photo opportunities, content creation, or guest management is a plus. Acting skills are not required, but confidence when interacting with people and a natural knack for engaging with guests are important.

This role is ideal for someone who can remain calm, organized, and efficient in a busy booth environment. German and English are preferred for this role.
