Host / Survey Staff (m/f/d) for a Gamescom Event in Cologne

For an exhibition booth at Gamescom in Cologne, we are looking for a Host / Survey Staff member to facilitate visitor interaction and collect feedback in the Souk area.

This role involves approaching visitors in a friendly manner, guiding them through a short survey or information process on an iPad, and ensuring data is collected smoothly after the experience. The host should be proactive, approachable, and comfortable speaking with a variety of guests.

We are looking for someone who is communicative, organized, and reliable, with a friendly demeanor and the confidence to approach visitors without being pushy. You should be comfortable using an iPad or digital form and able to explain simple steps clearly.

Full availability from August 24 to 30 is required.

Rate: 15 € / hour – Final details depend on the assignment and schedule.

We are looking for a host with strong communication skills, a service-oriented attitude, and confidence in interacting with guests. Experience in events, promotions, hospitality, surveys, data collection, or brand ambassador work is a plus. Acting skills are not required, but confidence, openness, and professional communication are important.

This role is ideal for someone who can remain friendly, focused, and proactive during long event days.

German and English are preferred for this role.
