Host:essen / Brand Ambassador (m/f/d) for an international brand presence at “IFA Berlin 2026”

For an international brand presence at IFA 2026 in Berlin, we are looking for reliable promoters, hostesses, and brand ambassadors for product presentations, visitor assistance, and booth support.

The brand showcases modern home appliances, kitchen appliances, coffee products, beauty products, as well as smart home and cleaning products. Depending on your profile and experience, you will be assigned to a specific area of the booth.

Possible areas of responsibility:

• Product presentation and engaging with visitors

• Coffee and product area

• Ice Cream / Food Demo Area

• Air Fryer / Kitchen Demo

• Vacuum & Robotics

• Personal Care / Beauty

• Meeting Room / VIP Support

• General Booth Support

Compensation:

• Short-term employment:
  €19.00 per hour gross

• Freelance / Business License:
  €20.00 per hour, invoiced

Your Responsibilities:

• Actively and courteously engaging with trade show visitors

• Professionally representing the brand

• Explaining products based on a briefing

• Assisting with product demonstrations

• Assisting visitors in German and English

• Referring interested visitors to the sales team

• Supporting the team during the trade show

• Ensuring a clean and professional appearance in your assigned area

Requirements:

• Reliability and full availability on the agreed-upon workdays from September 3–8

• Very good German language skills

• Good English language skills

• Experience in promotions, trade shows, sales, customer service, hospitality, or product presentation is a plus

• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional demeanor

• Active, communicative, and service-oriented work style

• Reliability and full availability on the agreed workdays

• Residence in Berlin or the surrounding area is a plus, as no housing is provided.

Please note that travel, meal, and lodging expenses must be covered by the candidate.
