Host(s) (m/f/d) for a student fair in Stuttgart

Do you enjoy working with people and having fun at events? Then join our team and help us out at our trade show in Stuttgart! We’re looking for friendly and reliable hosts and hostesses (m/f/d) for a career information fair for high school students, and we have open positions available.

Work hours:

• Setup day on Tue, Nov. 3, 1:00 p.m. – approx. 6:00 p.m.

• Fair day on Wed, Nov. 4: approx. 7:00 AM – approx. 4:00/5:00 PM

• Either BOTH days or ONLY the fair day on Wed. are possible.

Please note: The fair runs until 2:00 PM; after that, we’ll clean up together and do some light dismantling.

Where: WOLFF MÜLLER FORUM, Mercedesstraße 73D, 70372 Stuttgart

Compensation: €18/hour; paid hourly upon presentation of proof

Unfortunately, we cannot cover travel or parking expenses.

Dress code: dark jeans/sneakers; a shirt and/or hoodie will be provided. Please bring a white or light-colored, inconspicuous top just in case.

Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact; various roles such as check-in, admission, counter, info point, snacks, etc.

Employment Types: Self-employed / Freelancer / Business License, Short-term employment

Other: If you happen to have a Class C driver’s license (for vans) or experience as a helping hand in trade show construction, please feel free to apply as well.
