More than 200 people from different backgrounds work for us in artistic, technical and administrative positions as well as in the Konzerthaus Orchestra. Together, we want to preserve and pass on our traditional musical culture at the highest level - under the direction of chief conductor Joana Mallwitz and international guest conductors as well as with numerous renowned soloists. At the same time, we create new and surprising approaches to music with chamber concert series, educational formats, festivals and the children's and youth program "Junges Konzerthaus", which complement the symphony concerts. In the digital space, the Konzerthaus Berlin offers all interested parties low-threshold opportunities to get to know classical music.
Commitment, a high sense of responsibility, collegiality and a strong identification with our house characterize the daily cooperation in all trades. Development in all areas is important to us, which is why we promote individual further training. Flexible working models such as part-time and flexitime as well as mobile working promote a good work-life balance
