Crew / Promoters (m/f/d) for the "Vegetable patches for kids" project - 2026 season
Do you love working with children and want to make a meaningful difference? Then you've come to the right place. Together, we make the "vegetable patches for kids" flourish throughout Germany and show children how exciting gardening and healthy eating can be.
Your tasks:
Planting raised beds with children aged 3-6 years
Conducting the project days in teams of 2
Supervising groups of up to 15 children
Active learning and age-appropriate knowledge transfer
Preparation and follow-up of the activities (soil and material planning, Purchase of seedlings)
Equipment management (provided)
Framework conditions:
Project period: 07.04.2026 to 30.06.2026
Employment days: up to 5 days per week, by arrangement
Employment times: approx. 8 hours/day (core time 07:00-16:00 incl. break)
Training in advance as a basic requirement
Guide and materials will be provided
Sprinter incl. fuel card provided for the duration of the project

Compensation & benefits:
Hourly wage: 18.50 € (overtime is paid)
Driving time = working time
Extra expenses for meals during overnight trips
Statutory accident insurance during assignments
100% legally secure employment (no bogus self-employment)

Your profile:
Enjoyment and experience in working with children
Pedagogical background an advantage (e.g. teaching degree in sports or nutritional sciences)
Confident, warm demeanor and strong communication skills

Class B driver's license
