For our interactive theater productions of The Jury Experience we are looking for a dedicated Stage Manager.
The Jury Experience is an interactive live theater play in which the audience becomes part of the production and decides the guilt or innocence of the defendant at the end.
We are currently looking for a new cast member for the "Theft" case.
Lana Tonneti's million-dollar necklace has disappeared - stolen the night after her glamorous celebrity wedding. The main suspect is her former driver Jack, who is accused of selling the piece of jewelry to pay off his drug debts. But as the trial progresses, it becomes clear that there is much more at stake than just a diamond necklace ...
The audience can expect an evening full of scandalous secrets, surprising twists and suspense in the courtroom
Compensation: €400 per show day, €30 per hour for rehearsals with the ensemble and adjustments to the QLab files, travel expenses covered
The stage manager is present at every performance and works closely with the lighting and sound team. They are responsible for checking all technical elements of the show and for controlling videos, images and sound via QLab during the performance.
Each show date consists of two runs.
Induction to the project and handover of the materials by the local team
Independent review of the documents
Participation in the last two offsiteRehearsals to prepare and practice the cues
Participate in the technical rehearsal (if scheduled)
Roles and responsibilities
Pre-show preparation
Review all technical materials (images, Videos, sound files)
Analysis of scripts and cue sheets to prepare all cues
Creation and updating of cue sheets
Performing the live show
Operating the show via QLab 5 (video, Image and sound control)
Triggering all cues during the performance according to the schedule
Solving technical problems independently if necessary
Team coordination & Communication
Main point of contactbetween technical staff, performers and production management
Supervision of technical areas (lighting, sound, props, set design)
Ensuring a smooth process and clear communication
Show logistics & Documentation
Ensuring a precise and consistent show flow
Documentation and feedback of technical processes to the production management
