Freelance Position: Content Creation, SEO and Digital Advertising Specialist

Diversecity Models and 444 Studios are seeking to jointly engage a freelance specialist in content creation, search engine optimisation (SEO), and digital advertising. This shared role will not only help both brands strengthen their online visibility and storytelling, but also ensure that advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google are set up correctly, monitored effectively, and optimised for impact.

We are looking for someone experienced with emerging brands, who can confidently support both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) audiences, and who can bring clarity and transparency to analytics and campaign performance.

€20-40/hour based on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities

Content & SEO

  • Develop and manage content calendars tailored to each brand

  • Write and optimise copy for websites, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns

  • Conduct keyword research and implement keywords across all relevant digital touchpoints

  • Ensure content aligns with each brand’s unique voice and positioning

Digital Advertising (Meta & Google)

  • Review existing Meta Ads setup (currently running at a low budget) and provide a clear strategy for improvement

  • Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads

  • Define and refine audience targeting to ensure ads “point correctly”

  • Recommend budget allocation and optimisation tactics for best results

  • Provide practical guidance on campaign management (so the team understands how and why ads are running)

Analytics & Tracking

  • Audit current analytics setup (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.)

  • Implement a clean, transparent structure so the team knows what is being tracked and how to read reports

  • Provide regular, straightforward reporting with actionable insights

  • Ensure both brands can monitor performance independently after setup

Cross-Brand Coordination

  • Balance time and priorities transparently between Diversecity Models and 444 Studios

  • Provide clear communication and progress updates

  • Share learnings where relevant, while keeping brand strategies distinct

Engagement Terms

  • Approx. 10 hours per week, shared between Diversecity Models and 444 Studios

  • Initial contract term of 3 - 6 months, with potential for extension

  • Flexible freelance arrangement, with regular check-ins

Success Measures

  • Correct setup and clear documentation of analytics and ad accounts

  • Improved efficiency and performance of Meta and Google Ads campaigns

  • Increased organic and paid traffic

  • Growth in brand awareness, engagement, and qualified leads

  • Content that consistently strengthens each brand’s voice and visibility

Role/requirement profile

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in content creation, SEO, and paid advertising for emerging or growing brands

  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (setup, targeting, optimisation, reporting)

  • Strong knowledge of analytics platforms and ability to simplify reporting for non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience working with both B2B and B2C audiences

  • Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and transparency

  • Organised, reliable, and able to balance work across two brands
