Actors (m/f) for a commercial shoot in the “real estate” sector in Munich

We are PW Consulting GmbH (Immo-Marketer) and develop marketing campaigns for real estate projects—from strategy through video and ad production.

We are producing an advertising campaign for our client’s MYLOFT real estate project in the Munich metropolitan area. For this, we are looking for suitable actors for four short promotional videos, which will then be used for social media ads.

The campaign is aimed at potential investors and highlights the benefits of real estate investment, including rental yields, passive income, tax advantages, and the demand for furnished apartments in Munich.

The actors will take on speaking roles and present the content on camera. They should convey the messages in a credible, professional, and convincing manner.

Project Details:

• Shooting Date: Preferably during calendar week 42 (October 12–18, 2026). The exact date is flexible and subject to discussion, depending on the actors’ availability. Please indicate in your application which days you are available during this period.

• Filming location: Unterschleißheim/Munich

• Filming duration: half a day (approx. 4 hours)

• Scope: Four short promotional videos

• Use: Social media ads

• Compensation: 500 euros

The script will be provided before filming.

Note: Travel to the filming location is at your own expense. Applicants from Munich and the surrounding area will be given preference.

We are looking for actors with a serious, confident, and well-groomed demeanor who can credibly portray the role of an experienced real estate investor or businessman.

Desired Profile:

• Male

• Ideally around 30–60 years old

• Well-groomed, high-class business appearance

• Confident, likable, and authentic demeanor

• Confident and natural delivery in front of the camera

• Very good command of German

• Ideally, experience with advertising, image, or social media videos

The actors should be able to convey the content convincingly and naturally. We are not looking for an overly promotional presentation, but rather an authentic and trustworthy portrayal in a professional real estate setting.
