Job Description

From September 5–8, 2026, PBM Europe will provide staff for an international technology group at IFA Berlin—Europe’s most important technology trade show.

Location: Messe Berlin, ExpoCenter City

September 5–8, daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Your Responsibilities: Greeting and assisting visitors and industry professionals, actively engaging with attendees, presenting products, assisting with simple product demonstrations, and managing specific areas of the booth.

No prior technical knowledge is required. You will receive product training and orientation before your assignment so that you can perform with confidence.

From September 5 to 9, daily from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., for a total of 42.5 paid hours.

Your compensation: €807.50 gross for short-term employment (€19/hour) or €935.00 on an invoice basis as a freelancer (€22/hour net).

Job Description

• Full availability from September 5 to 8, 2026—the assignment will only be awarded as a complete package.

• Very good German skills and good English skills.

• A friendly, well-groomed, and professional demeanor, as well as a passion for actively engaging with visitors.

• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team.

• Experience at trade shows or in the fields of promotions, food service, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required—we’ll train you.

• Residence in Berlin or the surrounding area with reliable daily commuting to the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.

• If paid on an invoice basis: a valid business license and the ability to issue proper invoices.

• You are responsible for arranging your own travel to and from the event as well as your own accommodations; these costs will not be reimbursed.
