Job Description

On September 7 and 8, 2026, PBM Europe will provide staff for an international technology group at IFA Berlin—Europe’s most important technology trade show.

Location: Messe Berlin, ExpoCenter City

September 7 and 8 September, daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Your Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting visitors and industry professionals, actively engaging with them, presenting products, assisting with simple product demonstrations, and managing specific areas of the booth.

No prior technical knowledge is required. You will receive product training and orientation before your assignment so that you can perform confidently.

Your compensation:

For short-term employment (€19/hour) or on an invoice basis as a freelancer (€22/hour net).

Job Description

• Full availability on September 7 and 8, 2026—this assignment is offered only as a complete package.

• Excellent German language skills and good English language skills.

• A friendly, well-groomed, and professional demeanor, as well as a passion for actively engaging with visitors.

• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well with others.

• Experience at trade shows or in the fields of promotion, food service, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required—we’ll train you.

• Residence in Berlin or the surrounding area with a reliable daily commute to the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.

• For payment on an invoice basis: a valid business license and the ability to issue proper invoices.

• You are responsible for arranging your own travel to and from the event as well as your own lodging; these costs will not be reimbursed.
