Stage Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Supervising and guiding performance-related work on stage during rehearsals and performances

• Coordinating and managing stage and technical staff, as well as directing and supervising setup and teardown operations

• Planning and implementing all logistical requirements for performance operations

• Planning and overseeing special events

• Participating in the development and implementation of artistic concepts

• Supporting artistic productions from the technical rehearsal through the premiere

• Preparing risk assessments for the production process and conducting safety training

Your Profile:

• Certified Master Technician in Event Technology (m/f/d) – Specialization in Studio/Stage or comparable degree

• Experience in instructing and leading teams, professional experience in the events industry (preferably at a theater), Interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work evenings, Sundays, and holidays

• Artistic sensitivity, ability to work under pressure, teamwork and conflict resolution skills, strong communication skills

• Good command of English
