Your Responsibilities:

• Setting up, managing, and preparing for and following up on rehearsals and performances

• Managing the props department at all performance, rehearsal, and tour venues

• Creating, customizing, and procuring props in close collaboration with the artistic teams

• Administering, care, and maintenance of the prop collection

• Transporting props to and from rehearsals, performances, and tour venues

Our company is not subject to a collective bargaining agreement. The minimum annual salary is EUR 42,000.00 (for full-time employment). The actual salary is based on the Vorarlberg job market and depends on professional qualifications and experience.

Your Profile:

• Several years of relevant theater experience in the props department

• Manual dexterity as well as a flair for design and creative work

• Sensitivity to artistic processes and a respectful approach toward artistic staff

• Commitment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team

• High flexibility and willingness to work standard theater hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays)

• Class B driver’s license
