Promoter:innen / Host:essen (m/f/d) for the MAG-C - Manga, Anime & Gaming Convention

For the MAG-C - Manga, Anime & Gaming Convention at the Erfurt Exhibition Center we are looking for reliable and communicative hostesses to support our sponsor HOLY Energy.

Details of the assignment

• Location: Messe Erfurt, MAG-C Convention.

• Time period: 31.01. - 01.02.

• Compensation: 15 € per hour, settlement by agreement on trade or via wage tax with the help of ADAG less the respective social security contributions and tax depending on the ratio

• Travel and accommodation cannot be covered

Tasks

• Active greeting and support of visitors at the HOLY Energy stand

• Support with stage promotions such as competitions, Promos and giveaways

• Distribution and explanation of HOLY drinks

• Contact person for questions about the HOLY Energy stand and its products

• Support of the HOLY Energy team with small organizational tasks

Framework conditions & Application

• Terms of employment: presumably all-day shifts on the days of the event, exact times by arrangement

• Work attire: will be agreed in advance

• Please include in your application: short profile (age, height, trade fair/promotion experience), availability on the days of the trade fair and type of billing

Requirements for hostesses

• Friendly, open and well-groomed appearance

• Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage

• Reliability, Punctuality and ability to work in a team

• Confident in dealing with people, not afraid of approaching visitors with an open mind

• Interest in manga, anime, gaming or pop culture is desirable, but not a must
