Older actor (m/d) to play "Hänno" in a promotional video for a design tool

We are producing a promotional video for a design tool for a client in the construction industry. The program simplifies the design of building facades and covers the entire planning process—from the architect to the metal fabricator and on to manufacturing.

You play an older man, Hänno, who works at a metal fabrication company. He works in production, where he manufactures various facade elements and window frames.

At the beginning of the film, the team is having trouble producing items flawlessly and accurately. As the story unfolds, they become familiar with the new design tool and are ultimately able to perform their work flawlessly.

The role has no lines.
We are looking for actors with strong character who can convey the appropriate emotions through facial expressions and body language, even without lines.
