Mid-Aged / Best Ager Actress (w/d) for a commercial shoot in the “Real Estate” sector

We are PW Consulting GmbH (Immo-Marketer) and develop marketing campaigns for real estate projects—from strategy through video and ad production.

For our client, we are producing an advertising campaign featuring 2–3 short videos. To this end, we are looking for suitable actors who can perform in front of the camera and convey the content professionally.

The campaign is aimed at experienced investors and capital investors interested in high-quality real estate investments. The videos are intended to present the project in an appealing way and build trust with a discerning target audience.

Project details:

• Shooting date: Monday, October 19, 2026

• Shooting location: Düsseldorf

• Travel: Travel expenses will not be covered. Preference will be given to performers from Düsseldorf and the surrounding area.

• Shooting duration: approx. 4 hours (half a shooting day)

• Scope: 2–3 short promotional videos

• Use: Social media ads

• Compensation: approx. 500 €

The script will be provided to the selected actors in advance for preparation.

We welcome detailed headshots and showreels, as well as information regarding availability on the day of filming.

We are looking for actresses with a serious, confident, and polished demeanor who can credibly portray the role of an experienced real estate investor or businesswoman.

Desired Profile:

• Female

• Ideally around 30–60 years old

• Well-groomed, high-class business appearance

• Confident, likable, and authentic presence

• Confident and natural delivery in front of the camera

• Very good command of German

• Ideally, experience with advertising, image, or social media videos

The actresses should be able to convey the content convincingly and naturally. We are not looking for an overly promotional presentation, but rather an authentic and trustworthy portrayal in a professional real estate setting.
