You have sound experience in event technology and a sense of responsibility for technical processes and occupational safety?
You would like to supervise productions technically and instruct the stage technical staff?

Then develop your potential with us and take responsibility in the technical implementation of our productions as a Master of Event Technology (m/f/d) with a focus on stage technology.
The Theater Osnabrück is a successful multi-genre theater with two main venues with around 300 employees, around 25 new productions, 8 symphony concerts, up to 5 guest performances, over 500 events and over 190,000 spectators per season.

Financial: Remuneration according to TVöD pay group 9a plus Theaterbetriebszulage (this is currently approx. 530€) or according to NV-Bühne as well as an annual performance-related (variable) payment, a collectively agreed, fixed annual special payment and company pension scheme (VBL with 5.49% employer contribution)

Subsidies: When paying into the social fund (1.50€/month): every three years subsidies in the amount ofH.v. 200 for dentures or glasses

Your tasks and opportunities

From rehearsal to performance: Technical implementation and supervision of our productions as a play supervising foreman in the main house and at occasional guest performances

From organization to safety: Creation of schedules as well as preparation of play-related risk assessments and active implementation of occupational health and safety regulations

From instruction to responsibility: Technical and disciplinary guidance as well as supervision of stage technical employees

From planning to investment: Collaboration in the planning of new technical acquisitions

Your experience and expertise

Qualifications: Completed further training as a master craftsperson for event technology (stage/studio)

Expertise: Preferably several years of professional experience at a theater

Strengths: Personally you convince through reliability, social skills, ability to work in a team and personnel management skills

Mobility: Driving license class B is required; driving license class C1 or higher is desirable
