Lead Actress (w/d) for a student-produced thriller series pilot

We are looking for a lead actress for a student pilot episode in the thriller/psychological thriller genre.

The project is part of a bachelor’s thesis at the SAE Institute in Stuttgart. We are looking for an actress to play the central lead role in the series.

Filming will take place from December 10 to 15, 2026. Several evening and night shoots (approx. 2–3) are also scheduled during this period. Full availability throughout the entire filming period is required.

When former psychotherapist Livia Voss is confronted by a stranger about her past, she finds herself drawn back into the unsolved case of her missing patient, Nola. Two years after an accident she remembers only in fragments, she must ask herself whether she has repressed what really happened.

We are looking for an actress with a mysterious, charismatic, and at the same time serious presence. Livia is an intelligent, analytical, and extremely thoughtful person. She comes across as composed, self-assured, and confident, without revealing much of her inner life. Her presence is calm yet intense. She possesses a certain aloofness and authority and conveys emotional control even in tense situations. Subtle facial expressions, precise body language, and the ability to build tension through eye contact and small gestures are particularly important.
