Host/Hostess (m/f/d) for a corporate Oktoberfest

For a large corporate event in Hanover, we are looking for friendly, reliable, and service-oriented hosts and hostesses to manage the entrance area and assist guests during the team evening.

Duties:

• Preparing and managing the entrance area

• Welcoming employees and guests in a friendly manner

• Checking admission eligibility and tickets

• Distributing and attaching admission wristbands

• Assisting with orderly and efficient admission

• Answering general questions about the event and its schedule

• Providing directions to guests on site

• Serving as a point of contact for staff and guests during the team evening

• Coordinating with event management and the organizing team

• Assisting with minor organizational tasks during the event

Compensation:

• Freelancer: 20€ per hour

• KFB: 17€ per hour
