Job description
We are looking for dedicated event assistants (m/f/d) for an exclusive brand event at a restaurant in Cologne.
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
Assisting with guest check-in
Manning the reception area
Assisting with photo opportunities
Handing out giveaways
Providing general support to the event team during the event
Ensuring that everything runs smoothly
Shift times:
August 27: approx. 2-hour rehearsal
August 28–30 Aug.: each day 10:30 a.m.–9:00 p.m.

Role / Requirements profile
What you bring to the table:
A friendly and professional demeanor
A reliable and punctual work ethic
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Enjoy interacting with guests
Good knowledge of German or English
Experience in the events industry is a plus, but not required
Availability on all of the above-mentioned workdays
