Script – What are your responsibilities 

• Setting up and taking down our show technology equipment as well as our special events

• Preparing and overseeing our park’s own shows

• Maintenance and upkeep of our show technology systems and equipment, such as projection systems, lighting, and audio equipment

• Supporting our lighting and sound technicians

Employment is available from March through November or February of the following year. A contract extension for the next season is possible and encouraged.

As part of the Spanish group Parques Reunidos, the second-largest operator of theme parks in Europe, Movie Park Germany offers its guests over 40 breathtaking attractions and spectacular shows across seven themed areas. In cooperation with international partners such as Nickelodeon and CBS Consumer Products, guests can immerse themselves directly in the world of film and experience their movie and TV heroes up close. At “Hollywood in Germany,” the schedule features not only action and adventure for the whole family, but also exclusive corporate events and conferences, as well as cinematic events—such as the Halloween Horror Festival, which has won multiple “Best Event” awards and features over 280 monster actors, eight haunted houses, and four scare zones. Also new to the schedule since 2023 is the original American winter event “Movie Park’s Hollywood Christmas,” which delights the whole family with over 10 entertainment moments and shows and transforms the park into an experience straight out of a Christmas movie.

Role – What You Should Bring to the Table 

• Completed training as an event technology specialist or comparable technical training

• Basic knowledge of sound and lighting technology

• Ability to work independently and willingness to work weekends
