Job description
The Theater Konstanz is looking for a Stage and Costume Design Assistant (f/m/d) for the 2026/2027 season (September 2026). This position is suitable for career starters.
The full-time position is fixed-term with the option of extension. The employment relationship begins on 01.09.2026 and ends on 31.08.2028.
We offer a varied full-time position in an artistically relevant field of work. We work together in a collegial team, provide a professional home for around 120 employees as a directing company of the city of Constance and offer a workplace within sight of Lake Constance.
As a stage and costume design assistant, you will be the interface between the guest designers and the in-house workshops and departments.
You will be responsible for communication, information exchange and coordination. They take part in internal meeting formats and workshop and costume handovers.
From researching colors, materials and special features to the external procurement or provision of inventory materials from the magazines or the costume fund in accordance with the artistic concept, we offer a varied field of work around the accompaniment and support of the rehearsals of our new productions.
The employment relationship and remuneration are based on the provisions of the NV-Bühne collective agreement.
