Actor (m/d) as "Hermann" for the short film "Tschö"
We are looking for an actor for the role of HERMANN (73)
This is what the film is about: Paul is dead. He sends his family on a scavenger hunt around the will - just to say goodbye to them personally.
Running time: approx. 15 minutes
Genre: absurd comedy
Shooting period: 06.-11.01.2026 (2 rehearsal days in total, 4 shooting days, but we would probably only need the role of Hermann on 3 shooting days)
Shooting will take place in Idstein, about an hour's drive from Frankfurt. It would be great if you come from Hessen, but applications from outside Hessen are also welcome.
As this is a student production, which is largely financed by private funds, we unfortunately do not have the possibility to pay a fee. However, we will of course cover travel costs and delicious meals on set. You are also welcome to use material from the film for your showreel.

Role description:
Hermann is an old friend of Paul's from university. In recent years, they have only had sporadic contact. For Hermann, however, he is still the best because he has hardly any other friends and hardly dares to leave his own four walls. After a childless marriage, a late divorce and dead brothers, he is completely alone. He lacks the self-confidence to approach other people and ideas on how to get to know them in the first place.
