Job description
This project is a passion project from the well known production company upperfast GmbH out of berlin and the director Jan Hellwich.
Our actor is the fresh face of the establishment. He possesses an "adolescent innocence" that makes him instantly likable. Conventionally handsome with a soft, youthful edge. His hair is gelled and combed (think 1920s/50s classic style). Either clean-shaven to emphasize his youth, or sporting a small, "cheeky" beard/mustache that hints at a playful personality.
There is a distinct duality to him: In Reality: He is slightly clumsy, daydreaming, and intimidated by the Head Waiter. He has a youthful, nervous energy. In the Fantasy: He is cool, suave, and impossibly charismatic.
Contact person: Julian
Role / Requirements profile
We are not looking for a heavy dialog actor. We need a "face" that can convey wonder, excitement, and cheeky playfulness without saying a word.
SPECIAL SKILLS (PRIORITY): Advanced Ice Skating is Essential. This talent must be able to perform tricks on ice. We are looking for a virtuoso-someone who can do spins, jumps, or hockey-stops with absolute confidence. The fantasy sequence relies entirely on his ability to move with grace and athleticism.
Note: We are open to casting a professional figure skater or field hockey player who has the right look and natural charisma, even if they have limited acting experience.
