7 voice-over roles (m/f) for an internal training video series

We are casting 7 speaking roles for an internal training video series on sales and customer service. The series is being produced for an established retail client.

We will be filming staged consulting and sales scenarios between customers and employees at a specialty store in the Mannheim / Rhine-Neckar area. In addition to the dialogue scenes, several other staged shots without dialogue will be produced (arriving, looking around, etc.)

Details:
• one day of filming per role (Shooting period: Weeks 46–48, Sundays)
• Location: Mannheim area
• Paid daily rate to be agreed upon, including buyout
• Use exclusively for internal purposes (employee training/onboarding) – no TV/broadcast, no social media, no advertising
• Travel expenses for travel from within the region will not be reimbursed separately

Important: The dialogue is fully scripted and must be delivered verbatim (1:1) – no free paraphrasing. A very high level of confidence with the script is therefore essential.

Application: Include a current resume/profile and a short self-tape (30–60 sec.) in which the attached sample text is recited verbatim. Application deadline: October 14, 2026

We are looking for natural, believable actors for customer and employee roles, of various ages and appearances (m/f, approx. 25–60).

Requirements:
• Experience with speaking roles (dialogue in front of the camera)
• Excellent command of the script—specified phrasing and sales terminology must be delivered verbatim
• Very good, accent-free Standard German
• Natural, authentic performance (no “advertising-style overacting”)
• Reliability and punctuality
