Host / Photo Op (m/f/d) for a Gamescom Event in Cologne

For an exhibition booth during Gamescom in Cologne, we are looking for a Host / Photo Op Manager to support guest photo moments inside the booth area.

This role is focused on visitor interaction, photo flow and keeping the experience moving smoothly. The host will help visitors take photos with their own phones, support the photo area, guide guests politely and make sure the activity does not take too long or block the flow.

We are looking for someone friendly, fast and service-minded, with a good eye for framing and the confidence to manage people politely but clearly. You should be comfortable approaching visitors, giving simple instructions and keeping the atmosphere positive even during busy moments.

Full availability from 24 to 30 August is required.

Fee: 15 € / hour - Final details depending on assignment and schedule.

We are looking for a host with strong communication skills, practical thinking and a confident but friendly way of guiding visitors. Experience in events, promotion, hospitality, photo moments, content creation or guest management is a plus. Acting skills are not required, but confidence in front of people and a natural sense for guest interaction are important.

The role is suitable for someone who can stay calm, organized and efficient in a busy booth environment. German and English are preferred for this role.
