Host / Survey Staff (m/f/d) for a Gamescom Event in Cologne

For an exhibition booth during Gamescom in Cologne, we are looking for a Host / Survey Staff member to support visitor interaction and feedback collection in the Souk area.

This role is focused on approaching visitors in a friendly way, guiding them through short survey or information steps on an iPad and supporting smooth data capture after the experience. The host should be proactive, approachable and comfortable speaking to different types of guests.

We are looking for someone communicative, organized and reliable, with a friendly presence and the confidence to approach visitors without being pushy. You should be comfortable using an iPad or digital form and able to explain simple steps clearly.

Full availability from 24 to 30 August is required.

Fee: 15 € / hour - Final details depending on assignment and schedule.

We are looking for a host with strong communication skills, a service-minded attitude and confidence in guest interaction. Experience in events, promotion, hospitality, surveys, data capture or brand ambassador work is a plus. Acting skills are not required, but confidence, openness and professional communication are important.

The role is suitable for someone who can stay friendly, focused and proactive during long event days.

German and English are preferred for this role.
